Refund Policy

Adoración by Femme Goddess Co.

You will receive an Order Confirmation email promptly after completing your purchase. Please note that there are no cancellations once your order has been processed, so make sure that you have reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. 

All orders are fulfilled as soon as possible; however, if there are any expected delays you will be notified via email. Please allow 7 business days for order processing and an additional 14 business days for delivery. 

If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation within that time frame, you can contact us at hola@femmegoddess.co. 

We currently ship with USPS Priority Mail® anywhere in the United States. Adoración does not ship internationally at this time. All orders receive a tracking number upon shipment. Using the tracking number, you can check the delivery status online at USPS Tracking®.

Adoración is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. For any issues after your package has been shipped, please contact our shipping carrier, the United States Postal Service, directly. You can find more information on how to file a claim with USPS here.
