Shipping Policy

Adoración does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on any items as all sales are final. Be sure to thoroughly check product details and sizing for accuracy before making a purchase. 

Inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if any item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. Any damaged items may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. Please note that many of the items that we carry are handmade and may have minor imperfections. For any incorrect order fulfillment, we will provide you with a shipping label and ask that you send back the wrong item(s) received. Once the package has been shipped back, we will mail out the correct items to you at no extra charge. 

Please email us at hola@femmegoddess.co within 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a request. Include the order number, specify the item, the issue and attach a photo. After evaluating the case, we will respond with the available options and next steps. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a response. Thank you for your patience.
